      About the Programme

It provides exposure to a wide range of teams and specialisms, helping you discover where your skills and interests can have the greatest impact.

Over two years, you'll complete rotational placements across key areas of the FCA, which may include Authorisations, Policy, Supervision, Market Oversight, Enforcement, and Risk Management & Compliance. Through these varied experiences, you'll gain insight into the full regulatory lifecycle and the role regulation plays in protecting consumers, maintaining market integrity and supporting effective competition.

      3. Role Matching: If your profile aligns with an actively open Google Software Engineering role, we'll send you a direct link to that specific job.
      4. Direct Application & Confirmation: You'll then need to apply through that link and let us know once you've done so.

What if a role isn't immediately available?

Google's recruitment moves quickly, and we might not always have an immediate match for you. If that's the case, we'll welcome you officially into our Talent Pool. This means we'll proactively review your application against new roles as they open. If a suitable opportunity arises, we'll reach out to you directly, inviting you to apply.
