Growing up hard of hearing was difficult, as no-one around me had a disability.
I first heard about EmployAbility at a disability conference. I became really curious about the work of EmployAbility and how they were trying to make companies, and the workplace more accessible to people with disabilities. I’m interested in and passionate about helping to make work environments more diverse and accessible for all, and I felt the work at EmployAbility aligned with my values. This drove me to become an EmployAbility Ambassador.
