Cleveland Scott York (CSY), in conjunction with Cummins will provide a two weeks’ internship for an individual interested in a career in patent law and enthusiastic about Cummins’ products and services. The intern will gain considerable insight into the various activities involved in the creation and enforcement of a valuable patent portfolio, the reason for freedom to operate initiatives, and also the drafting and negotiating of IP agreements, from the perspective of both a law firm and an in-house IP department.

- Working towards or recently achieved a STEM subject degree,
- An interest in engineering, particularly electrical or mechanical engineering
