Disability Awareness Training

One of the most popular services we offer to employers is on-site training on disability awareness for your managers or frontline staff. One or more of our expert consultants will lead a tailored session, usually lasting between a half-day and full-day, for up to twenty of your staff.

The agenda includes a definition of disability, the legal context & compliance issues, access to work and reasonable adjustments, and recruitment & performance management processes. There is also significant time set aside for questions from attendees, and for pre-selected questions of particular relevance to your organisation.
