S.S – Attendee at Accenture Women in Consulting Event – Sept 2017

I had found Tab’s session the most useful because it put me at ease about applying to graduate schemes with the help of the EmployAbility team. I was not aware that you could let employers know about a late diagnosis of dyslexia (which would play in your favour in applications as it is an extenuating circumstance)! I’m really happy to know that the EmployAbility team can speak to graduate recruiters on my behalf and support me in explaining my situation. I would not have the knowledge, experience or confidence to this without assistance.  Thank you to all the team for the wonderful day at Accenture!

At EmployAbility we work with disabled university students and graduates to ease the transition from education into employment. To take advantage of these opportunities, the first step is to register with us. You can also contact us with any specific queries.

“This is event is to be recommended for people with disabilities who want to know how to approach law firms and what adjustments might be made in the recruitment process.”
