I had found Tab’s session the most useful because it put me at ease about applying to graduate schemes with the help of the EmployAbility team. I was not aware that you could let employers know about a late diagnosis of dyslexia (which would play in your favour in applications as it is an extenuating circumstance)! I’m really happy to know that the EmployAbility team can speak to graduate recruiters on my behalf and support me in explaining my situation.
