In a difficult economic climate EmployAbility assisted me into a job on the graduate development programme at the FSA (Financial Services Authority).
Justin, Tab or Sarah were always one phone call away and able to answer any queries that I had. They helped and advised me in reviewing my applications, discussed adjustments and helped me throughout the recruitment process. Both in and outside the skills workshops they ran, they made it clear what was expected of me at interviews and assessment centres and this really developed my confidence (a personal thank you to Justin).
EmployAbility is not just an organisation to make applications through. Over time you build up a relationship with each and every member of the team so that they come to know who you are and what your needs are. Their expert knowledge on recruitment enables them to tailor the process to accommodate your specific needs. This is combined with a personal touch and a flexibility that makes the process comfortable for disabled/dyslexic candidates. I would recommend EmployAbility to everyone regardless of how severe or minor your disability is.
