KK, Sociology (Durham University)

EmployAbility were so helpful when I got through to an assessment centre for an internship which I subsequently gained for the Summer vacation. They contacted the company, and ensured that I got the extra time I required for reading with the group activity, helped me with interview technique, and gave the company advice when assessing me to ensure that my disability was understood. I am assured that when I start the internship they will be in contact with the company to make sure that I continue to have the support I require when I work there. EmployAbility are all so friendly, kind and know how to get the best aspects of yourself to shine through – allowing your disability not to be a burden.
