      enthusiastic about Cummins’ products and services. The intern will gain considerable insight into the various activities involved in the creation and enforcement of a valuable
      patent portfolio, the reason for freedom to operate initiatives, and also the drafting and negotiating of IP agreements, from the perspective of both a law firm and an inhouse IP department.
