EmployAbility is delighted to be working with JP Morgan to offer disabled students and graduates the opportunity to apply for the J.P. Morgan EmployAbility Spring Week programme.

There is no better way to find out if an Internship in our Software Engineer Program is the right place for you to begin your career than by attending Spring into Technology. This is your opportunity to see why people join and stay. Our Spring into Technology events will give you a real insight into our Technology business at J.P. Morgan.

Spend time with us at our London, Bournemouth or Glasgow sites and experience what it would be like to work here. You’ll participate in interactive presentations on topics such as Cyber Security and User Experience and also have the opportunity to work shadow. You'll network with our business and meet analysts who were once in your position during interactive, hands-on, fun technology challenges, these are also a great opportunity to network with the rest of your Spring into Technology classmates. Many pre internship participants have become interns at J.P. Morgan and are now successful full time analysts. This is a real opportunity to get a head start in your career.  

This event is open to undergraduate students studying across Europe graduating in 2023, any degree discipline is welcome to apply however you should have a real passion for Technology and be able to demonstrate this during the application process.

Candidates apply through EmployAbility's online application process, but each applicant is assessed against J.P. Morgan’s core competencies and selected through the J.P. Morgan recruitment process. Successful candidates are hired directly onto J.P. Morgan’s Spring Week programme within a specific division and participate in every aspect of that division’s Spring Week programme.
