EmployAbility is delighted to be working with JP Morgan to offer disabled students and graduates the opportunity to apply for the J.P. Morgan EmployAbility Spring Week programme.

J.P. Morgan is a global leader in financial services, offering solutions to the world's most important corporations, governments and institutions in more than 100 countries. The Firm and its Foundation give approximately US$200 million annually to nonprofit organizations around the world. We also lead volunteer service activities for employees in local communities by utilizing our many resources, including those that stem from access to capital, economies of scale, global reach and expertise.

Spring Week Programme

This programme is for designed for students who are passionate about working within our Investment Banking and Risk business areas. It is open to undergraduates from any discipline, studying across Europe, graduating in 2020.

You'll participate in interactive presentations, case studies and recruiter workshops. You'll also network with senior business leaders and recent analysts who were once in your position.

There's no question, you'll end your week with a vast amount of knowledge and skills that you didn't have before and have a clearer understanding of where you could fit in within our Investment Banking and Risk business areas.

We recruit many of our interns and subsequent full-time Analysts through our pre-internship programmes, so there are very real career benefits to be gained from just one week with us.

How To Apply

Candidates apply through EmployAbility's online application process, but each applicant is assessed against J.P. Morgan’s core competencies and selected through the J.P. Morgan recruitment process. Successful candidates are hired directly onto J.P. Morgan’s Spring Week programme within a specific division and participate in every aspect of that division’s Spring Week programme.
