EmployAbility is delighted to be working with JP Morgan to offer disabled students and graduates the opportunity to apply for the J.P. Morgan EmployAbility Internship programme.

In our ten-week summer program from June to August, you’ll start building a professional network, gaining valuable insight and learning the skills needed for a banking career in Global Treasury Services.

What You Can Expect

Our Global Treasury Management team work with a range of clients to provide critical services to support their cash management and payment services needs. During your ten weeks with us, you’ll learn from the best in the industry. Expert instructors and inspiring J.P. Morgan professionals will provide you with an intensive training session for the first week of your program bringing you up to speed with who we are, what we do and how we do business.

After training, you’ll be challenged on your analytical, strategic thinking, creativity and diligence. Your experience will consist of valuable exposure to businesses and senior management, on-the-job training alongside experienced colleagues, and meaningful assignments helping our clients optimize cash flows and working capital.

You’ll also be presented with an unrivaled opportunity to network and build your knowledge through numerous networking sessions, regular insights from subject experts, coaching from your personal mentor, and working with your immediate and program managers. After successful completion of the program, you could receive an offer for a full-time position.

What You Need To Bring

You’re curious, determined, reliable, client-focused and mid-way through your college education with a minimum of 2.1 at degree level or equivalent (results to date should clearly demonstrate that this is a realistic indication). We’re looking for those with advanced analytical and research skills, project management skills and innate problem solving abilities.

But beyond that, what we’re most interested in are the things that make you, you: the personal qualities, outside interests and achievements beyond academia that demonstrate the kind of person you are and the difference you could bring to the team.

How To Apply

Candidates apply through EmployAbility's online application process, but each applicant is assessed against J.P. Morgan’s core competencies and selected through the J.P. Morgan recruitment process. Successful candidates are hired directly onto J.P. Morgan’s Internship programme within a specific division and participate in every aspect of that division’s Internship programme.
