EmployAbility is delighted to be working with Bank of America Merrill Lynch to offer disabled 2017 graduates the opportunity to apply for the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Spring First-Year Insight Programme 2015.

The Spring Insight Programme 2015
The Bank of America Merrill lynch insight week programmes are firm-wide, allowing you to experience the work and culture of the whole organisation, whilst offering a taste of the various business areas that internships are available in. You will gain additional exposure in two business areas of your choice, and these include: Compliance, Corporate Audit, Global Banking & Markets, Credit Risk Management, Global Corporate & Investment Banking, Global Loan Products, Global Markets & Research, Global Transaction Services, Market Risk and Technology.
The spring and summer insight weeks are held in April and September and offer the following:
- Firm-wide programme
- Increased exposure to two lines of business of your choice through work shadowing
- Key skills development, including tools to navigate the recruitment process
- Multiple networking opportunities with business representatives
- Opportunity to develop a network of students from across EMEA

How to apply
Candidates apply through EmployAbility's online application process, but each applicant is assessed by Bank of America Merrill Lynch and selected through the Bank of America Merrill Lynch recruitment process. Successful candidates are placed directly onto Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Insight Programme and will participate in every part of it.
