The Spring Insight Programme 2014

Are you in your first year of university, graduating in 2016 and considering a career in banking? Keen to get ahead in the race for internships?

Bank of America Merrill Lynch's first-year programmes offer the opportunity to do just that-apply for the Insight Week programmes to kick-start your relationship with Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

The Spring and Summer Insight programmes offer you the chance to discover the world of banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. These programmes are designed for students who are in their first year of university. You will join Bank of America in their London offices to gain in-depth exposure to their key lines of business, experience the thrill of the trading floor, increase your knowledge of the financial markets and spend time talking to senior leaders in the business.

By the end of the week you will have gained an invaluable insider's view of what it's really like to work at one of the World's leading investment banks, leaving you better informed when deciding whether or not a career in banking is for you.

We will be opening applications for Bank of America Merrill Lynch's Summer Insight Programme in February 2014.

Candidates apply through EmployAbility's online application process, but each applicant is assessed by Bank of America Merrill Lynch and selected through the Bank of America Merrill Lynch recruitment process. Successful candidates are placed directly onto Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Insight Programme and will participate in every part of it.
