EmployAbility is delighted to be working with Alpha Financial Markets Consulting to offer disabled students and graduates the opportunity to apply for the Alpha Internship programme.

Alpha Internship: What the Internship Offers

  • This is a 3 week paid internship for undergraduates to gain first-hand experience of what it is like to work at a top-tier consulting firm. It will also offer a fantastic insight into Consulting and Asset Management, and provide the opportunity to learn key skills applicable to all Professional Services careers.

  • The Scheme is exclusive to students with disabilities, and it will based in Alpha’s London Office in the heart of the City. 

  • For high-performing interns there will be the opportunity to ‘fast-track’ applications to the Graduate Assessment Centre and be part of a number of initiatives throughout their time at university.

  • The internship is structured and offers a range of training and experiences. Whatever the focus of work, you will be surrounded by a knowledgeable and supportive team who will encourage you to learn and develop your skillset and contribute to ‘real’ consulting work.

  • University, course of study, and expected graduation date

  • A-Level and GCSE grades, and any other academic achievements

  • Previous work experience and internships, and any part-time or summer jobs

  • Extra-curricular activities, achievements, and interests

Candidates apply through EmployAbility but each applicant is assessed against Alpha FMC’s core competencies and selected through the Alpha FMC recruitment process. Successful candidates are hired directly into the appropriate Alpha FMC Programme and participate in every aspect of it.
