  • an audit and review of their recruitment and selection processes to ensure these are disability inclusive
  • a tailored EmployAbility guide for employing disabled people
  • Disability Awareness Training for their HR and recruitment personnel

We continue to work with Allen & Overy to promote and market them as a Disability Inclusive Employer and to attract disabled students and graduates for their training contracts and internships.

As a disability inclusive employer we are delighted to be working with EmployAbility who help to advertise and market our career opportunities to prospective candidates at diversity and general careers fairs at UK universities. We have also provided disability awareness training for our HR and recruitment professionals.
