Seven years plus experience of managing and running a number of successful internship and other graduate programmes, including the Goldman Sachs Internship Programme, UBS Internship Programme, Morgan Stanley Internship Programme, Merrill Lynch Internship Programme, Credit Suisse Internship Programme, Barclays Wealth, FSA, Barclays Bank Internship Scheme, Mayer Brown, Herbert Smith, Ernst & Young, The NHS, Bloomberg, Dow Chemical, Civil Service Summer Placement Scheme, the National Audit Office internship scheme, Enterprise rent-a-car graduate programmes, and many others.

Strong knowledge and experience of working with and advising both candidates and employers on different types of disabilities and their effects in the work place.

Strong practical knowledge and experience of advising on ‘reasonable adjustments’ required for disabled candidates in the work environment and at events.

Established and extensive relationships with universities’ careers and disability staff, and with other key stakeholders including other disability organizations.

Delivers workshops, presentations and one to one advice sessions for disabled undergraduates/ graduates at EmployAbility offices and at universities across the country.

Attends several graduate recruitment fairs every year, both national and university specific.

Retains strong links with graduate media contacts and is often asked to contribute to graduate publications and websites providing views on topical disability issues.

Worked to put together the assessment centre for the Lehman Internship for disabled students/graduates and has observed the UBS, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, FSA, Mayer Brown, Ernst & Young, Barclays Bank, Barclays Wealth and Civil Service Fast Stream selection procedures.

Experience of working on and ensuring the smooth running of high profile disability specific specialist events. Planned, marketed and ensured smooth running of InvestAbility 2006 and InvestAbility 2007 – a two day experience event, run in conjunction with nine top global investment banks, designed to provide disabled students/ graduates a better insight into the career options available within the investment banking industry and to their commitment to diversity.
