6 years’ experience in recruitment mostly for global organisations in the FMCG, professional services, media, finance, banking and public sectors.
Rebecca has spent 4 years specifically in graduate recruitment providing end-to-end management of the process from application screening and sifting through to phone/face to face interviewing and coordinating large scale assessment centres. She also has experience of providing feedback on candidates to both employers and candidates.
Also skilled in providing disability support and advising candidates on adjustments, discussing extenuating circumstances and liaising with employers and students on this throughout the recruitment process where appropriate.
