AH, Business Management (Newcastle University)

Before meeting EmployAbility, I found job searching extremely hard. However after talking through my strengths, weaknesses, and career plans with Tab and Justin, I felt a far greater understanding of what I wanted to do in my career, and the ways in which I could achieve it.

Without the help of EmployAbility I do not feel that I would have been able to gain interviews with both Barclays Wealth and Goldman Sachs. The advice that EmployAbility provided about what interviewers are looking for, and how to prepare for the interviews was second to none.

Despite deciding to take an offer from Deloitte, who were not linked to EmployAbility at the time, I felt that EmployAbility’s willingness to discuss my future prospects and how I could best achieve them at Deloitte really showed just how committed they were to helping me in whatever way possible.

I’d just like to say that EmployAbility are a fantastic company, who really get to know the individuals applying through them and can see talent even when those people, such as myself, don’t necessarily see it at the time.
