EmployAbility was constantly in touch with me about new job opportunities that came about during the last year. They helped tremendously with my job application forms and also made sure necessary adjustments were followed by employers during interviews stages. EmployAbility had always supported me through interview stages making sure I was never at a disadvantage. Together we would go through feedback and I would be given advice on how to improve for future interviews.
I had many job rejections through the year and I appreciate the support they have continually given which encouraged me to keep trying to secure that summer internship. EmployAbility helped me gain a place on an internship programme at the National Audit Office this summer.
EmployAbility has helped tremendously in not feeling at a disadvantage during interviews. This helped boost my confidence and helped me secure invaluable work experience over the summer. The internship I did will surely help my job prospects, especially during a time of economic hardship.
Keep up the good work!
