It helped receiving the email updates to alert me to job opportunities. It also helped to have someone to talk to discuss things with. Justin assisted me by editing my covering letter. He also visited me [at home] to discuss the adjustments I would need for my internship at the National Audit Office (NAO).

I was more confident with adjustments in place for my job at the NAO, and knowing there was someone I could call if I needed to.
