I have been given a fantastic level of support from EmployAbility. Over the course of the year I have worked predominately with Justin Penney who has always been on hand to help me in any way I have needed. After our first telephone conversation when I said that I was interested in working in the law we have been in constant contact.
Although most of our dealings were over the telephone we have met in person on occasions. When I was unable to attend an EmployAbility seminar we arranged to meet up where he went through what I had missed. I feel that this demonstrates the level of commitment EmployAbility shows to each separate candidate.
I attended one EmployAbility skills conference which was on interview technique. Although the theme was targeted at investment banking I found the information that I was given extremely useful. Having exposure to an expert in recruitment and interview technique was useful in the short and the long term.
I feel that I have developed a strong relationship with the staff at EmployAbility and feel that if I am having difficulty they will be willing to help me in any way that they can.
The help I received from Employ Ability was extremely beneficial. EmployAbility were instrumental in helping me gain an internship at Mayer Brown. The support provided throughout my dealings with the organisation, from meeting me at the interview with Mayer Brown to providing practical support on interview technique, was all relevant and helpful.
My job prospects were significantly improved as all the help and advice I received from them was targeted at securing me employment in a very competitive industry.
