Registering with EmployAbility, Uploading Your CV And Filling In Our Application Form
By uploading your CV, photograph or other content to our site, you agree that such information will be accessed by EmployAbility.
You retain all of your ownership rights in such content, but you grant us a licence to use, store and copy such content and to distribute it and make it available to our clients if and when you apply to them.
By signing up to EmployAbility you confirm that should you choose to make job applications (internships, graduate programmes and any others) with EmployAbility’s help, you will be happy for EmployAbility to discuss and monitor the progress of your application with the EmployAbility’s clients to which you have applied and you expressly consent to EmployAbility processing your personal data in this way and to EmployAbility sharing any personal data you provide to us (including without limitation sensitive personal data i.e. data relating to race, ethnicity, health, religious affiliation, political opinions and any criminal convictions) with EmployAbility clients for the purposes of considering your application which may include the transfer of your data to countries outside the UK . You also consent to EmployAbility’s clients providing feedback and sharing information on your applications with EmployAbility. We may discuss your suitability/ application in the recruitment process with the client. In some cases, if your application has been unsuccessful, clients may retain your application data on file to assess your suitability for future opportunities that may arise. If you do not want your personal data to be retained for this purpose, please let the relevant client know.
We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content submitted by you or any other user of our site.
We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.
