Summer Internship Programme
We are currently recruiting into the following divisions: Finance & Operations, Sales & Trading, Technology, Investment Banking and Private Wealth Management.
Our aim in offering internship opportunities is to provide Summer Analysts with a thorough overview of the industry and the challenges and opportunities you can expect from a career with us. It is also a crucial step to your career planning. EmployAbility will support you throughout the recruitment process and beyond.
All interns commence their internship on the same day and receive a firm wide introduction. This is followed by division-specific training, which provides classroom-based product and technical training. The real training, however, begins when you join the division. You will be sitting with the true experts and have an opportunity to learn from the best. The summer programme also offers exposure and overviews from many divisions so you can gain a good understanding of how the firm operates as a whole. A number of social activities are also organised, allowing you to network and forge lasting friendships. Continuous mentoring and coaching will be provided, as well as regular evaluations, to ensure your progress.
