The Goldman Sachs EmployAbility internship gives students with disabilities the opportunity to obtain invaluable work experience and gain insights into the industry.
EmployAbility is the not-for-profit organisation that facilitates and manages the selection and recruitment for disability inclusive employers seeking to attract and recruit disabled people onto internships, graduate programmes and other permanent roles.

Summer Internships
Our divisions provide interns with a comprehensive professional and educational summer experience.
The programmes run for approximately 10 weeks, depending on the division, and are located in our London Office. While on the job, our interns are given real responsibilities. Our programmes are designed to give you a sense of what you would be doing day to day as a full-time Goldman Sachs employee.
Summer Internship opportunities are available in various divisions throughout the firm, including but not limited to: Finance (Controllers, Corporate Treasury, Credit); Human Capital Management; Investment Banking; Investment Management; Operations; Securities; and Technology.

Candidates apply through EmployAbility but each applicant is assessed against Goldman Sachs’ core competencies and selected through the Goldman Sachs recruitment process. Successful candidates are hired directly into one of Goldman Sachs’ established Summer Programme and participate in every aspect of the division’s internship programme.
