Ideally, you will have:

A good degree in any subject
Entrepreneurial spirit
Strong communication and relationship building skills, combined with analytical capabilities
Willingness to travel/live abroad for a short period – due to the rotational aspect of the programme, you’ll spend at least 6 months in an international office
Work experience (advantageous, but not compulsory)
Language skills (English is our business language but we would highly value additional languages from candidates, particularly Arabic, Mandarin, Hindi, French or Spanish)
