Disclosing your disability and getting the right adjustments for the recruitment process
We will be attending the event and also delivering a workshop looking at disclosure of disability to an employer. Looking at giving you information to confidently disclose your disability as well as when you may wish to do this in the recruitment process. We will also give tips and information regarding reasonable adjustments that you are able to request during the recruitment process and also in the workplace.
