Our highly experienced team will be delivering a skills workshop to provide you with essential advice and guidance on interview and assessment centre skills.  The workshop will help you to excel by covering:

  • advice on answering questions in competency and strengths based interviews
  • top tips for success in interviews and assessment centres
  • typical group assessment tasks and tips
  • an insight into why employers use assessment centres and what they are looking for.

We will also provide information on opportunities including internship, work experience and graduate programme opportunities with top disability inclusive employers from within:

  • investment banking
  • law
  • chemicals
  • banking
  • I.T.
  • media and other sectors

This event is open to all disabled students at King’s College London, University College London and Queen Mary University of London who are interested in a career in Finance, Technology, Banking or Law.

This fantastic opportunity will give you an insight into these industries and meet representatives from employers in these areas.  The event will involve a skills session on what employers look for, disclosure of disability and seeking reasonable adjustments, and a Q&A session with a panel of disabled graduates, EmployAbility, Deloitte, employer and college representatives.  This will be followed by a networking reception.

Our highly experienced team will be delivering a skills workshop to provide you with essential advice and guidance on interview and assessment centre skills. In this workshop we will cover:
• top tips for success
• advice on answering questions
• tips for group activities
• an insight into what employers are looking for.

We will also provide information on opportunities including; offering internship, work experience and graduate programme opportunities with top employers from within:

• public and other sectors

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we can no longer hold this workshop on the 19th of January 2011 as planned. The workshop will still be taking place at a later date, so please do sign up for it and we will be in touch as soon as the date is confirmed.
