Using both instructor-led classes and e-learning modules, the programmes cover a solid grounding in a specific business as well as customised instruction on all the relevant tools, techniques and working practices for that business. After formal training, each analyst takes on real responsibility in an assigned role. Training continues through informal on-the-job learning. Analysts work with and learn from teams of professionals, including senior experts in their area as well as colleagues from around the globe.
