Summer Internship Programme

Barclays Capital run a ten week summer internship which is an excellent way for you to gain an all-around experience of the business, culture and values. Interns are assigned to one business area for the duration of the internship and are expected to contribute to real work from the start.

You will receive training throughout the programme including an intensive induction week. In addition, there are social and networking events plus opportunities to meet with senior management. The internship may lead you to an offer of permanent employment on successful completion of your degree. Internships are across the business areas, including

Investment Banking and Debt Capital Markets, Trading, Structuring, Research, Finance, Global Financial Risk Management, Global Marketing, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Operations, Sales, Technology, and Legal.
